The Coach House is located in the small rural village of Hatton in Lincolnshire and nestles in the grounds of the owner’s home, the former Rectory of St Stephen’s Church. All the structures have been lovingly restored; including what was once an old stables and the adjoining building now known as The Coach House.

The Coach House has been beautifully finished throughout; using a blend of the contemporary and traditional. Everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay has been thought of; along with some extra touches and details that make the property feel unique amongst countryside retreats.

You’ll find everything you need for a home from home stay including a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances throughout. There is also a six seater dining table, big enough for family meals; or just pick two seats for a more romantic evening.

The Coach House can sleep up to four people in two beautiful and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom comprises of a king sized bed and has the added benefit of a balcony which overlooks the rural Lincolnshire landscape.  The second bedroom comprises of two single beds and is perfect for kids and adults alike.

The Coach House has two shower rooms; one for each floor. You’ll find fresh towels and quality toiletries in both.

You will not be short of outdoor space either. There is a sun room which overlooks the neighbouring farmland or over the gardens towards St Stephen’s Church.  Outside, there is a paved area with a BBQ and dining area; and to the rear of the property there is a large grassed area to enjoy. Feel free to explore!
